Ordering FAQ

1. Turnaround Time
The turnaround time is production time plus shipping time (in business days). The average turnaround time is approximately 12-14 business days all said and done, but can take longer depending on how complex and customized the print job is and where we are shipping to.

2. Rush Orders
Please speak to us about the likelihood of your order being produced within a specified timeframe. 
  • We do not charge a rush fee for Production Rushes, they are simply done as a courtesy.
  • Rushes require Express Shipping to be paid for and must be specified in the NOTES section when the order is placed. 
  • We will rush production and do everything we can to attempt to meet a date set by you. However, these items are custom and we CANNOT absolutely guarantee any deadline.
  • Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited to, the following reasons: quality control failures, shipping delays, custom design delays, equipment malfunctions, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.

3. Re-Orders
If you have orders in your Order History, re-ordering is easy! Simply search for the order and click the  icon. Then complete the shipping and billing sections to complete your checkout process.
If you need to make edits to your reorder, such as update a file, change contact information, or change the card stock or add on options, please add those edits to your order notes. You can upload new files in the cart.

4. Order Cancellations/Refunds
Since our products are custom and we cannot stop once our Production process has started, once an order has been approved to print and started production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Refunds can be issued if the order has not started production.
  • A 20% cancellation fee may be assessed.
  • Refunds can only be applied back to the original card charged. 
  • High Impact Custom Designs are nonrefundable if the first mock-up has been sent.

5. Order Status
Your order status can be found in your Order History once you have logged into your account.
