Build Your Quote

Every brochure is different, so every brochure is quoted.

A brochure is not one product with one price. Flat size, stock, surface, folding, quantity, and finishes all move the number, and no honest price list can cover that many combinations. So we quote each one properly instead of pretending otherwise. Start with the stock below and we will take it from there.

There is no self-serve price on this page, on purpose.

Tell us the size, the stock, the quantity, and the finishes, and we will come back with a real number rather than a range that changes at checkout. Most quotes come back within 1 or 2 working days.

Request a Quote
Step 1 · Choose your stock

Start with the sheet it prints on.

Brochures print on three standard stocks, from a 100# text sheet that folds into panels to 16pt card that stands up as a flat piece. Other stocks are available on request.

Standard size is 8.5 x 11 flat. Quantities run 500 to 5,000, or custom.

Our default brochure sheet, and the one to choose when the brochure folds. Light and flexible, with room for a full-color spread across every panel.

Priced by quote

100# text brochures are priced by quote.

100# text (157gsm), 8.5 x 11 flat or a custom size, 500 to 5,000 or a custom run. Tell us the size, quantity, and finishes and we come back with a real number.

Step 2 · Choose your surface

The sheet and the surface are separate decisions.

The stock sets how the brochure handles. The surface sets how it looks and feels in the hand, and it decides whether spot UV is possible. You pick both independently. Coated is the standard surface. Scoring, or scoring and folding, can be added to any brochure.

SurfaceTakes spot UVWhere it works
Coated (C2S)NoThe standard. Coated on both sides, with bright color and nothing added on top.
SilkYesA smooth matte that is more scratch resistant than coated. The upgrade that makes a brochure feel considered.
Gloss UVNoHigh shine for brochures carried by product photography rather than text.
SuedeYesA soft matte, and the most scratch resistant surface we offer. Noticed the moment it is picked up.
Step 3 · Add a premium finish

Add the finish that makes it get kept.

The whole SilkCards finish library applies here — same process, same craft. Add only the finishes that fit the piece; we confirm compatibility with your stock and size before production.

Premium finishes are priced by quote — tell us the finish, size, and quantity and we'll confirm the add-on.

FinishPriceWhat it does
Foil (flat)QuoteMetallic accents — gold, silver, copper, and 38 foil colors in all — that catch the light.
Spot-UV (flat gloss)QuoteA high-gloss layer over matte — contrast you see as the piece turns.
Die-cut (custom shape)QuoteA custom outline or rounded corners so the piece is not just another rectangle.
Edge paintQuoteA band of color painted onto the edge of thick stock — a finished detail.
Emboss / debossQuotePressed relief that adds dimension without ink.

Premium finishes are quote-based.

Finish add-ons scale with the size of the run. Tell us the finish, size, and quantity and we'll confirm the add-on.

Quoting Without The Runaround

A real number, from a person.

  • Tell us the spec once and get a number that holds, not a range that moves at checkout.
  • No obligation once you have the number.

Brochures are quoted rather than priced on a table because size, stock, surface, folding, quantity, and finishes multiply into more combinations than a price list can honestly hold.

Featured 5-star Google review

“I cannot thank this company enough! My business cards are absolutely fabulous and I have received so many compliments on them. The pictures will not do them justice. I got the suede finish, 48 pt thick cards with silver foil on one side and the edges. They are so luxurious.”

Not sure yet?

You’ll believe the finishwhen you hold it.

See the finishes on screen. Confirm the decision in your hand. Your free sample kit lets you feel foil, spot-UV, silk, and soft-touch suede on premium stock, and see how the colors really print, before you commit to a brochure run.

Need the brochure designed?

Bring the content. We’ll lay out the brochure.

A folded brochure is layout with rules of its own: panels that read in the right order once folded, a front panel that works on its own, and nothing important sitting on a fold. Our custom design service covers panel layout, correct bleed, and any foil or spot UV set up to register. Already have print-ready files? Upload them with your order.

Why premium finish

A brochure is the piece people take with them.

A website stays on a screen. A brochure gets picked up at a counter, a booth, or a front desk and carried out the door, and it keeps making your case after the conversation is over. That rewards a different kind of production.

01

It leaves with them

The brochure is what someone reads on the way home, on the kitchen table, or in the next meeting. It is the part of the pitch you are not in the room for.

02

The paper sets the expectation

Before anyone reads a panel, the stock and the surface have already told them what kind of company made it. Silk or suede says it faster than a headline.

03

Printed flat, finished to fold

Every brochure is quoted on its flat size, then scored, or scored and folded, so the panels open the way the layout intends.

04

The full finish library

The same craft as our business cards: foil, spot UV, emboss, deboss, die cut, and colored edges. Same process, on a bigger sheet.

Stock and surface are separate

Choose the sheet, then the surface.

Because you pick the two independently, the smart build is usually simple: choose the weight for how the brochure is used, then the surface for how it should feel. 100# text folds into panels. 12pt or 16pt card stands up as a flat piece. Silk or suede adds the finish, and it is the surface spot UV needs.

Stock · three weights

100# text for a brochure that folds, 12pt or 16pt card for a flat piece with weight behind it. 100# is our default.

Surface · four finishes

Coated is the standard. Silk for a smooth matte, suede for soft-touch, gloss UV for maximum shine.

Not sure which combination is right? Say what the brochure is for in your quote request and we will recommend a pairing.

The one premium step

If you change one thing, change the surface.

The stock carries the information, but the surface is what the hand notices first. Moving from the standard coated sheet to silk is the single change that most alters how a brochure is received, and it is the change that opens up spot UV.

Questions, answered

Brochure printing FAQ.

Direct answers on quoting, sizes, stocks, folding, finishes, artwork, and production.

Why is there no price list for brochures?

Because it would be misleading. A brochure's price moves on several independent inputs: flat size, stock, surface, folding, quantity, and finishes. Those multiply into more combinations than any published table can honestly hold, so we quote each brochure to its own spec instead.

How quickly will I get a quote, and what do you need from me?

Most quotes come back within 1 or 2 working days. To quote, we need the flat size, the stock, the quantity, the surface, whether it should be scored or folded, and any finishes you are considering. If you are not sure on the stock, say what the brochure is for and we will recommend one.

What size can a brochure be?

Our standard size is 8.5 x 11 inches flat, and any other size is quoted. Brochures are quoted on the flat size, which is the sheet before it is folded, so tell us the flat dimensions, or the finished folded size and the number of panels, and we will work from it.

Can you fold my brochures?

Yes. Scoring, or scoring and folding, can be added to any brochure. Tell us how it should fold in your quote request and we will build it into the quote.

What stocks can I choose from?

Three standard stocks: 100# text (157gsm), our default and the usual choice for a folded brochure; 12pt card stock (250gsm); and 16pt card stock (350gsm), our heaviest. Other stocks can be quoted on request.

What surface finishes are available?

Four. Coated (C2S) is the standard. Silk is a smooth matte that is more scratch resistant, gloss UV gives maximum shine, and suede is a soft matte and the most scratch resistant of the four. Spot UV is applied over a silk or suede surface.

Can brochures be printed on both sides?

Yes. The front prints full color and full bleed, and you choose the back: full color, black or grayscale, or left blank.

Do you print foil, spot UV, and die-cut brochures?

Yes. Foil stamping is available across our full foil range, from solid metallics to rainbow, pearlescent, facet, and speckle foils. Spot UV can go on one side or both, over a silk or suede surface. We also offer embossing and debossing, custom die cutting in standard, laser, or premium, rounded corners, colored edges, perforation, variable data, and PMS ink.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Brochures start at 500, with standard quantities of 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, and 5,000, and custom quantities on request.

What's the turnaround, and what file setup do you need?

Production takes about 7 working days after you approve your proof; added finishes can extend it, and shipping is separate. If you have a deadline, tell us in your quote request. For files: supply print-ready artwork at 300 DPI or higher, with each add-on on its own layer or file. We accept .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PSD, .TIFF, and .JPG, and vector files print best.
