In the scene, four brokers compare the intricacies of their business cards and try to outclass the others\u2019 cards. The irony is that all three cards are somewhat plain and look exactly alike.<\/p>\n<p>We know this is likely some sort of literary commentary or criticism of white collar life, yet as premium business card designers, the idea of marvelling at plain cards still doesn\u2019t sit well with us. Whaddya think?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/02172017-SILKCARDSAmericanPsycho1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wow! Very nice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Just got \u2018em in the mail from SILKCARDS yesterday.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Good texture.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s cotton stock. It even has a <a href=\"\/print\/Spot-UV-Business-Cards\">Spot UV<\/a> watermark.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>The SILKCARDS Difference<\/h2>\n<p>According to a\u00a0study conducted at the end of 2016, 72% of people judge a company by the quality of a business card, and 39% of people would even go so far as to say they\u2019d choose not to do business with someone whose card seems cheaply made.
